For the ordered goods, when placing a web order you can choose between the following delivery options:
• Delivery by express mail (the delivery cost will be calculated in the cart)
• Personal pickup of goods at the address: Katriel d.o.o. Donje Putićevo bb, 72270 Travnik.

If you do not pick up the goods on time, and you have properly received the notification of the shipment's arrival, you bear all costs of returning the goods and reshipping the goods, for which an invoice will be issued to you that you must pay before the goods are shipped again.
The delivery time begins upon receipt of payment to the Katriel d.o.o. account. We do not ship goods based on a payment confirmation, but only after the payment is visible in our account.
For payments in domestic commercial banks, this is usually the next working day, and in many cases two working days from the date of payment.
For payments from abroad, it takes three to seven days. For payments from abroad, the customer bears all bank fees.
If you want your shipment to arrive as soon as possible for this type of payment, please fill in the bank transfer or general payment slip correctly and be sure to enter the correct reference number, as it can significantly affect the speed of delivery, and make the payment at the bank before 12:00.
For refunds, we must have the following information from you:
• First and last name of the payer or company name
• Current or business account number (IBAN)
• Name of the commercial bank where the account is held
• Address of the account owner: Street and house number, City and postal code (this address must match the address on the account owner's ID card) or the company's registered address
• Personal identification number (JMB) of the natural person who owns the account, or the company ID
